Approved members can check up-to-date vehicle information and prices and submit purchase requests. Buyers can also follow the process from the purchase agreement and payment to export preparation and shipping through the platform.
How It Works
Here’s how the RUA export process works.

Step 1
Sign Up and Approval
Overseas buyers create an account, and RUA reviews and approves their membership.

Step 2
Vehicle Search and Purchase Request
Approved members review vehicle information and prices and submit a purchase request for their selected vehicle.

Step 3
Purchase Agreement and Deposit
Once vehicle availability is confirmed, the buyer enters into a purchase agreement and pays a 50% deposit on the vehicle price.

Step 4
Vehicle Purchase and Export Preparation
After confirming the deposit, RUA secures and inspects the vehicle and prepares it for export. The buyer can follow its progress through the platform.

Step 5
Balance Payment and Shipping
The buyer pays the remaining 50% of the vehicle price before shipment, and the vehicle is then shipped.

Step 6
B/L and Shipping Documents
After shipment, RUA provides the buyer with the Bill of Lading (B/L) and other relevant shipping documents.
Busan Port Logistics
RUA operates its vehicle export preparation and shipping processes efficiently through Busan Port.
Local Partner Network
RUA works with a local partner in the Dominican Republic to support vehicle handover, customs clearance, and customer assistance. We plan to expand this network across Latin America.
